Mrs. Patricia Peterson
Patricia Peterson joined the faculty of Chesterton Academy in the fall of 2010 after volunteering as accompanist during the 2009-2010 academic year. Pat’s teaching experience began when she joined her husband (Robert) in Japan in 1969. She also taught for the Department of Defense Schools in Japan, Brussels and Munich. After returning to the U.S. in 1976, Pat taught vocal music in West St. Paul, Golden Valley, Wayzata, and the final 18 years at Hopkins West Junior High School where she was the Director of Choral Activities.
In 1998, Patricia joined the Music Ministry Staff at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie where she was director of the high school choir and coordinator of youth choirs. She has continually taught voice and piano lessons to students in the Western suburbs.
